Prices
Avalon Publishing EOOD has the right to change prices at its discretion, at any time without prior notice to Users. The user is obliged to pay the price that was indicated on the website at the time of placing the order, whether lower or higher than the current one. In case of technical errors in publication of the online bookstore, Avalon Publishing Ltd. has the right to refuse the execution of the order and does not owe compensation in any way to The User, except to refund the amounts paid and/or deposited by the user, if any.
Delivery
The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out according to the method chosen by the User manner and according to the specified terms. Payment for purchased goods and services
When paying in cash for the ordered goods and services, the User obliges to deposit at the time of delivery to Avalon Publishing Ltd or to his representative making the delivery the full value of the delivered order.
When paying by bank transfer in BGN, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the order placed in the bank account of Avalon Publishing Ltd. and only after the deposit is confirmed are the ordered items delivered goods and services. All fees and commissions are at the customer's expense.
Payment term
The payment term for orders where advance is required payment is up to 7 days from the date of order generation on the website. After expiration of this period and in case of non-payment, the order is considered to be refused.
Rejection of purchased goods
The user has the right to refuse one or more of the ordered goods within 7 days of receiving the order. When the goods are paper book or magazine, the order is non-returnable if it has already left the Avalon Publishing EOOD warehouse, orders that have not have left the warehouse can be canceled by email or phone call.
The books and magazines that left the Avalon Publishing EOOD warehouse did not subject to return according to Art. 55, para. 2, item 6 of the PPE, unless they do not have defects or deficiencies that interfere with the perception of meaning integrity of the text or have deformed their appearance - white pages, missed, shuffled or reversed cars, torn covers.
Unreasonable returns are not accepted because the book is a commodity "consumes" - copied, referenced, read, etc. And that apart anything else is also a copyright infringement.
Upon detection of defective goods, other than books or printed matter editions, up to 7 days from receipt and, and in the case of undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging, Avalon Publishing EOOD undertakes that it will be replaced with a new one according to the warranty conditions of the respective company manufacturer or to be refunded the amount deposited for the goods, according to Art. 55 of the Civil Code, starting from the date on which the user is exercised his right of refusal. Transport and other costs for receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of Avalon Publishing EOOD.
In case of non-compliance of the goods with the main characteristics specified in page, Avalon Publishing Ltd. refunds the deposit for the goods from the user amount, including the transport costs charged for acquisition of the goods in accordance with Art. 59 paragraph 3 of the PPE and within 7 days from receipt of the goods and undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and the packaging. The exception is the integrity of the transport package.
Other
These terms may be updated at any time without special notice to Users. Avalon Publishing Ltd. does not carry responsibility if the User has not read the latest version of these terms and conditions.
Liability
The Site and our suppliers and third parties have no liability whatsoever no circumstances for any damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits and others arising out of the use or the inability to use this site.
